Travel was taken as the reward for their reputation. During Spring Festival in 2020, due to Covid-19 suddenly happened, combined with recent outbreak of continuous repeated at home and abroad, plan of travel reward couldn’t be realized. Company changed it to other pattern which is better and more practical. 用好政策 苦练内功——河北钢诺新材料股份有限公司董事长 冯红喜
我们企业位于河北省邯郸市广平县，是大直径半自磨机专用钢球技术研发生产基地。目前有先进的锻、轧生产线14条，年产能25万吨，产品出口13个国家和地区，去年出口额达5500万美元，占全部销售额的70%左右。 今年以来，突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情给企业发展带来了不利影响，外部需求低迷，订单不足、物流不畅、融资困难、产业链供应链不稳，让我们感到压力重重。问题摆在面前，总得想办法解决，在全力做好疫情防控的同时，我们苦练内功，通过提升产品质量，创新营销方式，扩宽销售渠道，努力化危机为机遇，把疫情对企业发展的不利影响降到最低。 经过大半年的努力，我们顶住了压力，经营业绩也比去年同期要好。截至目前，企业出口收入达4亿元人民币，比去年同期增加25%；出口产品6万吨，比去年同期增长25%。 之所以能够实现逆势增长，一方面是因为我们自己作出了相关调整。针对疫情导致的人流、物流受阻，公司积极开发线上客户，对接跨境电商平台和推广平台，上线多语种产品展示网站，利用“VR看厂”等新颖形式推介产品，提高了产品影响力。同时，我们投入经费2000万元，实施生产线改扩建项目，建设了3条自动化、智能化锻轧钢球生产线和智能化数据中心，生产效率较传统锻造工艺提高40%以上，成本降低15%以上，产品质量和科技附加值的提升保障了疫情期间的产品销路。 另一方面，也受益于政府惠企政策。疫情发生以来，市、县两级政府相继出台了财税、信贷、跨境电商等数十项帮扶企业、稳外贸、促发展政策，为企业纾困解难。比如，疫情期间，广平县税务局依托“互联网+便捷退税”电子化工作平台，指导我们远程无纸化申报，切实提高了工作效率，最快的时候可以实现“当日申报，当日到账”，办理周期从以往的20个工作日缩短到几天甚至几小时。今年前9个月，税务部门共为我们公司办理出口退税3339万元。同时，国家减税降费政策措施为我们公司减税降费66.82万元。 政策帮扶加上自身努力，使我们度过了最困难的时刻。下一步，我们将不断提升自身竞争力，充满信心地应对外部环境挑战。

钢诺公司周发货量持续增高 Goldpro weekly shipments continued to increase
金秋十月，稻谷飘香，钢诺公司也到处呈现着收获的喜悦。10月份，钢诺公司日发货量突破十年记录，创历史新高，周发货量突破10000吨，日最高发货量高达2100余吨。放眼望去，承运产品的货车排起了长龙，在钢诺大道上形成了一道靓丽的风景线，它们满载着钢诺的智慧和实力前赴后继驶向国际港口，发往南美、南非等国家。 In golden October, rice fragrance, Goldpro also presents the joy of harvest everywhere. In October, the daily delivery volume of Goldpro broke the ten-year record and reached a record high. the weekly delivery volume was more than 10000 tons and the highest daily delivery volume was more than 2100 tons. 全球落程最大的落球试验机在钢诺新材诞生 Goldpro’s invented world highest falling ball impact test equipment
金秋十月，丹桂飘香，巍巍太行山边，燕赵大地上，全球落程最大、检验效率和方法非常先进、数据最准确、可靠性最强、稳定性最高的落球试验机在钢诺新材料股份有限公司诞生了！ In golden October of this autumn with Osmanthus fragrans, Goldpro new material Co,.Ltd which is located in Yanzhao land surrounding by great Taihang mountain, has successfully issued falling ball impact test equipment with world highest falling height that is proved to have most testing efficiency, advanced testing method, most accurate test result and dependency as well as stability. 钢诺落球试验机是钢球出厂前检测其抗破碎能力和抗疲劳寿命长短的重要检测装备，为半自磨机和球磨机安全高效运行提供有力依据和重要保障。据了解目前世界上最大半自磨机直径是42.7英尺（约13米左右），落程在10.5米左右，钢诺新材斥巨资精心设计、打造的落球试验机有效落程在14米，对钢球韧性和抗疲劳寿命的检测强度远远高于实际工况条件，完全能够满足检验需要。 Goldpro’s falling ball impact test equipment is mainly for testing balls’ impact breakage force and anti-fatigue life which is important procedure to ensure highly efficient and safe operation of SAG Mill and Ball Mill. Diameter of world largest SAG Mill is about 42.7 feet, around 13 meters. It has about 10.5 meter falling height. In order to meet test requirement, Goldpro has invested a lot to develop the equipment with effective falling height of 14 meters of which performance to test ball toughness and fatigue life is too much higher than actual working condition requirement. 落球试验机建成后，钢诺新材将自己生产的φ5英寸（约φ127mm）和φ5.5英寸（约φ140mm）钢球进行了多次试验，单球经连续跌落12万次以上的试验后，钢球不掉块、不变形、零破碎。为必和必拓，力拓供应的每一批次钢球都必须经过此落球试验机检验，确保合格后再出厂。客户使用后反馈的结果与检测数据一致，再次证明了钢诺新材建造的落球试验机模拟工况条件吻合度更高、可靠性更强。同时客户反馈钢诺供应的钢球寿命更长，硬度更高，实实在在的给我们节约了成本，增加了利润。 After falling ball impact test equipment installed, Goldpro has tested 5’ (around 127MM) and 5.5’(around 140MM) steel balls for many times. By over 120,000 times dropping test continuously, Goldpro’s steel ball has no drop piece, no deformation and zero breakage. Each batch of balls for Rio Tinto and BHP must be tested by falling ball impact before delivery to ensure quality with no defect. Actual performance responded by customers of our balls kept consistent with test result which proved simulated application of Goldpro’s falling ball impact test equipment was highly dependable and consistent with actual working conditons. What’s more, customer praised that Goldpro’s steel ball has longer wear life, higher hardness so that cost was less but profit was more.
